Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to the Conference Secretariat at office@ipcc2026.com
- Requests received on or before December 31, 2025 will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Requests received between January 1 and February 28, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Requests received between March 1 and April 10, 2026 will be eligible for a 25% refund
- No refund requests will be accepted after April 10, 2026.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the conference, and any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the participant.
- Residential or group registrations are non-transferable
